Whether they have yet decided to recognise Canadian sovereignty throughout the waters of the Canadian archipelago and if not, whether they consider this to be a matter of international law or of policy.

We maintain contact with the Canadian Government on the matter of surrounding waters, and I have nothing to add to previous answers the noble Lord has received.
