§ Mr. GristIt is known that two local authorities (Swansea city council and Gwynedd county council) have received copies of a document which appeared to be an updated version of circular 30/86, "Housing for Senior Management". The Department has since written to all local authorities in Wales explaining that circular 30/86 continues in force.
