§ Mr. LuceThe Arts Council expects to be in a position to announce the Scottish Arts Council's allocation shortly. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland makes a number of grants to national institutions and other arts bodies in Scotland, and these, too, will be announced shortly.
