§ Mr. FauldsTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales, with respect to the 15th report of Session 1986–87 from the Committee of Public Accounts and the Comptroller and Auditor General's memorandum on the National Museum of Wales, and the agreement obtained in June882W 1979 from the Treasury for the purchase by instalments of the Rubens cartoons to be spread over three years, what reservations concerning these cartoons were voiced by his Department at the time that its agreement was obtained.
