To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) if he will introduce legislation to provide controls over the unauthorised supply of British armed forces military uniforms by private arms dealers; and if he will make a statement;

(2) what evidence he has of the incidence of the unauthorised supply of British Army uniforms by private arms dealers: and if he will make a statement.
