To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will set out for the National Health Service in Wales the increase in the treatment of in-patient cases(a) between 1974 and 1979 and (b) between 1979 and 1986, and the increase in new out-patient cases (i) between 1974 and 1979 and (ii) between 1979 and 1986.
