§ Mr. Peter Walker[holding answer 19 January 1988]: Based on the aggregate income calculation for Welsh agriculture, farm incomes in Wales rose by 57 per cent. in 1986. In each of the preceding seven years to 1979 the percentage change in incomes was as follows:
