To ask the Attorney-General (1) whether he intends to seek an injunction against Macmillans to prevent the distribution of the book "British and American Approaches to Intelligence";

(2) why he has failed to prosecute under section 2 of the Official Secrets Act Mr. Robert Cecil for providing information for inclusion in the book published by Macmillans, "British and American Approaches to Intelligence";

(3) why he has failed to prosecute under section 2 of the Official Secrets Act Mr. John Bruce Lockhart for providing information for inclusion in the book published by Macmillans, "British and American Approaches to Intelligence";

(4) whether the Government have approved for publication the book "British and American Approaches to Intelligence";

(5) whether he intends to prosecute Mr. Ken Robertson, editor of the book "British and American Approaches to Intelligence", under section 2 of the Official Secrets Act for securing the publication of information, knowing it to have been provided by persons subject to a duty of confidentiality to the Crown.
