Member for Holborn and St. Pancras (Mr. Dobson) of 7 December 1987,Official Report, columns 25–28, he will give the actual costs to each district health authority of employing agency staff after taking account of the rates of pay which would have been expended had the posts for which agency staff were used been filled.
