§ Mr. Peter BottomleyMy right hon. Friend promulgates the Civil Aviation Authority's charges by statutory instrument for the following air traffic control services:
- 1. En-route navigation services.
- 2. Shanwick oceanic control area navigation services.
- 3. Navigation services for helicopter flights from any place in the United Kingdom to offshore installations in the North sea area.
- 4. Aerodrome navigation services at BAA plc airports.
At other airports where the Civil Aviation Authority provides air traffic control services under contract, the charges are covered by contracts and are confidential to the airports and the authority.
