§ Mr. EggarFollowing his arrest in New York on 21 April 1986, Mr. Flearmoy was charged with 17 others in connection with the illegal sale of arms to Iran. He was released on bail on 24 November 1986. He subsequently returned to the United Kingdom where, as far as we know, he remains.
