§ Mr. MaudeI intend shortly to make regulations, under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, which will require landlords to give tenants itemised bills showng both the selling price and the statutory maximum price of electricity and gas resold. We shall be consulting interested parties on the details of the draft regulations.
