§ Mr. GristAs I have already explained to the hon. Gentleman my right hon. Friend sees no reason to recover548W jurisdiction from the appointed inspector. Copies of a document which appeared to be an updated version of circular 30/86 have been received by some local authorities. No further circular on this subject has been issued and circular 30/86 continues in force.
