§ Mr. GristThe corporation has made significant progress in respect of liaison with local authorities and other public bodies, consultation on planning matters, approval of initial projects, negotiations on land acquisitions, preliminary work to establish a comprehensive regeneration strategy and has commissioned or approved studies into the technical, economic and environmental impact of a barrage across the mouth of Cardiff bay.
