§ Dr. CunninghamTo ask the Prime Minister if, pursuant to her reply of 11 January,Official Report, column 2, she will list all those papers about the 1957 Windscale lire withheld from release under the terms of the Public Records Act.
§ The Prime MinisterIt has been the practice of successive Administrations not to disclose the contents of closed records. The limited number of records concerned have been retained under section 3(4) of the Public Records Act 1958 or closed for longer than 30 years under section 5(1) of the Act in accordance with the established criteria.
