§ Mr. David MitchellMy right hon. Friend has received representations from the hon. Members for Bolsover (Mr. Skinner) and for Nottingham, North. As this possibility of reopening a passenger service between Nottingham and Mansfield through Bulwell is relevant to British Rail's proposal to close part of the Lenton Triangle junction, it would not be appropriate for my right hon. Friend to comment in view of his quasi-judicial position.
