Mr. Ashley

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science what is, by local education authority, the number of children, subject to a statement of special educational need under the Education Act 1981, attending mainstream schools, as a percentage of the total number of children with a statement in each local education authority, for each year from October 1984.
