§ Ms. RuddockTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) whether he will advise the South East Thames regional health authority to allocate sufficient money from the increase he announced on 16 December 1987, to meet the currently estimated shortfall of £1.9 million within the Lewisham and North Southwark district health authority;
(2) what advice he is giving to the four Thames health regions as to how the increase in funds to meet the current shortfall, announced on 16 December 1987, should be distributed amongst the district health authorities.
