§ Mr. Chris PattenIn Sudan we are financing an irrigation rehabilitation project in the northern region at a cost of £10.8 million over three years, and also helping to rehabilitate the light railway in the Gezira irrigation scheme. We are not currently financing directly any irrigation projects in Ethiopia, although under the joint funding scheme we are helping the Catholic Fund for Overseas Development with small projects in Tigray.
