§ Mr. SainsburyThe voluntary survey of the ethnic origins of non-industrial civil servants is being conducted in six phases and the first three phases have been 65W completed. The MOD respondents to this voluntary survey included 15 black and 29 Asian people employed in the executive officer, higher executive officer, and senior executive officer grades, and 189 black and 157 Asian people employed in the administrative assistant and administrative officer grades.
