§ Mr. FreemanCareful consideration has been given to the central recommendation made by the National Employer Liaison Committee that a major publicity campaign should be set in hand covering a number of years to win and maintain employers' support for the volunteer reserves. I am now able to announce that this recommendation has been accepted and work is now proceeding on its implementation.
