§ Mr. Norman LamontSporting rights are currently being revalued as part of the general revaluation of all non-domestic properties in England and Wales. The revaluation, which will take effect from 1 April 1990, will be based on the levels of rental values as at 1 April 1988. The new valuation list will be accessible to the public.
