(2) how many installations at the British Nuclear Fuels plc, Sellafield site contain civil and military materials together, either simultaneously or sequentially.

Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy (1) for each of the installations under particular safeguards provisions at British Nuclear Fuels plc, Sellafield, if he will list the date on which the reporting to Euratom of isotopic data on plutonium was begun;
(2) for how many installations at British Nuclear Fuels plc, Sellafield all plutonium stocks and flows recorded for and reported to Euratom include the plutonium isotopic data;
(3) for how many of the installations at British Nuclear Fuels plc, Sellafield the particular safeguard provisions to which reference is made in Commission regulation 3227/76 have been brought into force;
(4) whether the inspection reports, without giving specific details, of meetings to discuss implementation questions regarding the Euratom safeguards provisions agreed in June 1986 for Sellafield, have identified any areas where British Nuclear Fuels plc recording or reporting systems require improvement.

The meetings referred to in my reply are continuing and include discussion of particular safeguards provisions for Sellafield, none of which are yet in force, and the reporting of plutonium isotopic data.
