Mr. Meale

To ask the Prime Minister (1) if she will list the names of members of all the Cabinet Office leak inquiries panels held since 1979;

(2) what the criteria are for appointing members of Cabinet Office leak inquiries panels;

(3) how many people are members of the Cabinet Office leak inquiries panel; how many inquiries have taken place during the last 11 months; and how many have taken place in each year since 1979;

(4) if she will list by name the current members of the Cabinet Office leak inquiries panel;

(5) who appoints members of the Cabinet Office leak inquiries panel;

(6) what was the cost of running the Cabinet Office leak inquiries panel during the present financial year and for each year since 1979;

(7) how many civil servants have been (a) disciplined and (b) dismissed as a result of the findings of inquiries set up by the Cabinet Office leak inquiries panel since 1979.
