§ Mr. Peter MorrisonMy Department's Energy Efficiency Office jointly funded (with the Department of the Environment) the development of the Building Research Establishment domestic energy model, which provides the technical basis for the Milton Keynes energy cost index for new houses. Meanwhile, the EEO continues to advise and encourage private sector firms seeking to stimulate market demand for home energy labels in new or existing homes.
