To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, pursuant to his statement on the meeting of the EEC Council,Official Report, 15, February, columns 705–17, why the cost of depreciation on EEC stocks has not been written off under the guideline; and under what provision of the treaty of Rome the Commission decided not to include such depreciation in the annual budget.
