§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe Felinheli (Port Dinorwic) bypass is programmed to start in the period January 1988-December 1990, as set out in "Roads in Wales 1985". Invitation of tenders will depend on the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and the availability of financial resources.
