To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many Royal Ulster Constabulary officers, and of what rank, are to be subject to internal disciplinary proceedings following events reported in the Stalker/Sampson report, for obstructing the officers of the Stalker/Sampson team in carrying out their inquiries.
