§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Lord Chancellor has no immediate plans to introduce a system of class actions but he will be considering the possible scope for reform in this area of law. In the meantime, the Lord Chancellor will be moving amendments to the Legal Aid Bill which could facilitate the funding of multi-party actions; and the Civil Justice Review is considering how time and expense can be saved in personal injury litigation generally.
