§ Mr. WaldegraveThe reopened inquiry will be conducted by Mr. J. J. Parkinson, MSc, CEng, MICE, MINT, ACIArb, who presided over the original inquiry in February 1987.
The applicants' agents have asked for time in which to prepare their evidence and we are in contact with them and Dartford borough council about possible dates in June or July. I shall write to my hon. Friend as soon as the arrangements have been finalised.
