§ Mr. Evennett
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what representations he has received about the deregulation of bus services in Greater London.

§ Mr. David Mitchell
In recent months we have received 10 representations from hon. Members, a submission from the London Regional Passengers' Committee and a small number of letters from members of the public about the future deregulation of bus services in London.

§ Mr. Evennett
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what information he has concerning the adequacy of staffing levels on bus services in Greater London.

§ Mr. David Mitchell
It is for the management of LRT and the bus operator concerned to determine what staffing levels are adequate to run bus services efficiently and safely.
