§ Mr. Moore[holding answer 28 January 1988]: I have recently received the first report on AIDS and drug misuse by the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs. I am grateful to the council for completing this stage of its work so quickly, and we are giving the report urgent consideration. Meanwhile, I have set in hand arrangements for publishing the report, which I expect to be available in a few weeks.
