§ Mr. WaldegraveThe Department currently requires detailed monthly reports from 11 local authorities whose processing of right-to-buy applications is unsatisfactory. Other authorities submit quarterly returns of applications received and sales completed, and may be brought within the formal monitoring arrangements if complaints received indicate that this is justified.
