Mr. Robert Banks

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what provisions will be made to draw the attention of the public to the new conditions creating new opportunities within the European Economic Community after 1992, as a result of the proposed removal of commercial barriers in Europe.

We are preparing a sustained national campaign so that everyone involved in business in this country knows about opportunities which will come from completing the single European market. Full details will be announced shortly.
