§ Mr. FreemanLast month, with the support of my right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster I asked TAVR associations with inner city responsibilities to liaise with local inner city task forces to determine the scope for local community or commercial assistance towards the expansion of the Army Cadet Force within their respective areas, and to submit proposals. Reports are awaited shortly and will be given urgent and sympathetic attention.
