Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will amend the 1987 regulations covering dangerous substances in harbour areas, so that in future the berthing of ships at harbour facilities are subject to the Notification of Installations Handling Hazardous Substances Regulations and the Town and Country Planning General Development (Amendment) Act 1983.
