§ Mr. ChopeThe Department has received numerous representations about rate and precept limitation, including a recent letter from the leader of the metropolitan borough of Solihull about the effectiveness of precept control in the west midlands next year to which we will be replying shortly.
§ 72. Mr. PatnickTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to be in a position to announce his final decisions on rate limits for authorities selected for rate limitation for 1988–89.
