To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government in respect of access into the United Kingdom of Ministers of foreign Governments.

We afford every appropriate facility, consistent with the Immigration Act 1971 and immigration rules, in respect of the access of Ministers of foreign Governments to the United Kingdom.
