To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list information available to him on the external debt, for the latest available year, for each of the member states of the Southern Africa Development Co-ordination Conference.

Total external debt, including the use of International Monetary Fund credits, outstanding at the end of 1986 for each of the SADCC countries is estimated to have been as follows:
