§ Mr. NewtonI am satisfied that, in general, consultants carry out their contractual duties in a proper and responsible manner. Regional health authorities and the district health authorities in which the consultants actually work are together responsible for devising arrangements to ensure that consultants adhere to the terms of their contracts.
