Draft regulations to revise the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1984 are being circulated to interested parties for comment by 30 April.
New requirements are included for direction indicators on agricultural trailers and certain invalid carriages and for new bicycles to have front lamps conforming to British standard.
