(2) whether he intends to limit the percentage of equity in new radio stations which can be held by individuals who have substantial involvement with newspapers, publishing houses, record companies; or advertising agencies, and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. RentonWe have not yet reached firm conclusions on all aspects of the rules on ownership of independent radio stations which may be needed in order to safeguard competition. We are giving careful consideration to this matter as we develop our proposals for legislation.
