(2) if he will list the allocations of funds by the University Grants Committee for extra-mural education in Scotland in each of the past 10 years.
Mr. JacksonExtra mural provision is a factor in the Universty Grants Committee's calculation of university grant levels but is not separately identified in the distribution of block grant.
