To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what recent discussions he has had with the Finance Ministers of creditor countries concerning the rescheduling of debt in Third world countries.

Last September my right hon. Friend attended the Commonwealth Finance Ministers' meeting and the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank where the problems of developing countries' debt, especially that of sub-Saharan Africa, were discussed.
