§ Mr. NewtonOfficials of this Department, in conjunction with those of the other Government Departments involved, are currently considering the proposals submitted by the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work in its publication "Care for Tomorrow". We expect to be in a position to respond to the proposals by the spring of this year.
