§ Mr. SainsburyAs part of the Department's equal opportunities plan, on which the trade unions were consulted, an instruction will be issued to all civilian staff in the near future defining the Department's policy on sexual harassment. The instruction states that the display of material which is of a sexual nature and offensive to women and-or men generally may constitute sexual harassment and will not be tolerated. Specific instructions requiring the removal of any such material which may be on display in Civil Service premises will also be issued.
