§ Mr. BrookeThe responsibility for undertaking costings for relocation of activities out of London lies with the Department or public body concerned. With regard to a statement, I refer my hon. Friend to the answer I provided to the hon. Member for East Kilbride (Mr. Ingram) on 18 January 1988 at columns475–76.
