§ Mr. ButcherI have no immediate plans to introduce such a code of practice. My right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer set up a review committee in November 1986 to look into all aspects of banking services law. Developments in electronic funds transfer are an important element in that review. Until the review committee has reported, it would not be appropriate for the Government to form a view on such issues.
