§ Mrs. CurrieThe sale of tobacco products, including Skoal Bandits, to under-16s was made illegal under the Protection of Children (Tobacco) Act 1986 and measures to control the product further, including a health warning on the label and advertising material, have been under review. The Government will take any additional steps that appear necessary in the interests of public health.
