§ Mr. RentonNo. Mr. Ejoh claimed on arrival to have been born in the United Kingdom but the immigration officer was not satisfied that this was so and refused him leave to enter. An independent adjudicator dismissed his appeal on 14 December and leave to appeal to the immigration appeals tribunal was refused on 12 January.
